Hartford and Greenbank Parish Council Notes 01/05/25 – 31/05/25 PCSO Donnelly Report 24032 If you have any questions, please email simon.donnelly@cheshire.police.uk Anti-Social Behaviour Reports of loud music and anti-social behaviour coming from an address in Hartford – the local beat manger and housing have been informed of the ongoing issues.Reports of a couple sat on a bench behind the CO-OP shouting and swearing and drinking – housing and the local beat manger have been made aware.Reports of groups of youths going down to Moss Farm on the weekend making a lot of noise and possible drinking -patrols will taking place in the location in evenings and on weekends.Reports of a group of youths going into an abandoned building – response officers attended the location but according to the reporting person the group left the area upon hearing the sirens at the location a search was made of the area, but no individuals were identified this has been reported twice this past monthA meeting will be set up with CWAC of what to do with this building going forward. Suspicious Person/Vehicle Reports of a vehicle that has been left as reported for around 5 weeks on the Greenbank estate – Officers attended the location and after initial checks the vehicle was causing no obstruction and was all in order. Theft Theft of Bicycle from St Nicks High School – At this moment in time there are no lines of enquire for the theft of this bicycle.Theft of a garden ornament from an address in Hartford upon officers’ attendance at the address the ornament had been returned to the owner.Theft of a bike outside a business address in Hartford a suspect was arrested further enquires are ongoing at this time.Theft of a parcel in transit to an address – upon further enquires the parcel was found at the sorting office.Parking Concerns Parking Concerns on Riddings Lane / Needham Drive /Abby Lane behind Hartford Primary – PCSO will give passing attention and tickets will be issued to any drivers. Parking Concerns on School Lane/King Street passing attention will be given to the area at this time working with CWAC and local businesses and residents to find a longer-term solution.Parking Concerns on Stone Mannor Lane will be given to the area for the foreseeable future. Parking Concerns on Hazelmere Close and Carriage Drive. Patrols will continue around school pick up and drop off times Two vehicles were issued with a fixed penalty ticket on Carridge drive due to causing an obstruction.Parking Concerns on Clough Lane in Greenbank patrols will continue at the location due to concerns about parking in the area.We have also had the CWAC enforcement car in the past month at the above locations I am just waiting to see feedback from the locations. Criminal Damage Reports of criminal damage to a car – upon officer attendance the incident wasn’t as reported and was resolved at the location. Reports of criminal damage to a fence next to a business in Hartford unfortunately there are no lines of enquire currently.Reports of fires being set in Thorn Wood and Marshalls Arm enquires are ongoing at this time and patrols will continue in the areas listed above.Criminal damage to a vehicle where a vehicle has been keyed all along the side of the vehicle enquires are ongoing at this time.Speed enforcement in Hartford. 04/05/25 Speed enforcement on Chester Road 22 Offences Captured 16/05/25 Speed enforcement on Northwich Road 1 Offences Captured 30/05/25 Speed enforcement On Chester Road 2 Offences Captured Community Speed Watch No Sessions this past month.
